Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, undamaged, and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us and provide your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Certain items may be non-returnable due to their nature or applicable laws.
